Stripe Payments Integration

At present, the Stripe integration is only supported on our invoice customer portal. You'll be able to generate a link from the invoice page in the website or app to send to the customer, or automatically include this link as part of communication templates.

Yes - we're aware that for large jobs card fees could end up costing you significant amounts of money, so we've designed the integration to give you flexibility in who can use it. You're able to configure default payments methods at the account level, but have the option to override this on a per-invoice basis. So, you could disable card payments by default to encourage payments by bank transfer, and only enable this for invoices where the customer requests a card payment.

Unlike some other field service management solutions, we don't charge any markup ontop of the prices charged by Stripe, so the fees you'll be charged on payments will be whatever you've agreed with Stripe - usually 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards.
